A trained service team member will deliver and install your office water dispenser. Installation takes one to two hours on average. After installation, the machine requires at least three hours for the water to cool and the carbonation to get just right, then your employees and customers can enjoy hassle-free, great-tasting hydration.

We prioritize water quality and the well-being of your gym members, and our advanced carbon filters remove 99.9% of contaminants and impurities such as chlorine, bacteria, sediment, and microplastics found in tap water.
While ceramic water filters and reverse osmosis are popular and effective clean water filtration systems, ceramic filters don’t address dissolved chemicals or heavy metals, and reverse osmosis can be slow and require pre-filtration.
The cost to rent a Bevi water solution varies, but it’s easy to get a personalized quote. However, all of our water machines are high capacity and replace expensive and wasteful bottles and cans.
The Countertop bottleless water cooler holds up to four flavors and enhancements, and the Standup 2.0 holds up to eight. Each flavor or enhancement can make up to 400 12-oz. drinks, so Bevi water systems should have no trouble keeping up with the thirst of your guests—without the bottled water delivery fees!
Typically, the standard period to rent water dispensers is between two to five days. For rentals longer than five days, costs may be adjusted, and additional replenishments might be necessary.
Typically, a Bevi machine is connected directly to a waterline. However, if a waterline isn't available, it can also operate using 5-gallon water jugs. Keep in mind that for large-scale events with 500 or more guests, or events spanning multiple days, relying on 5-gallon jugs may not be practical.
If your event location doesn't have a waterline, we can operate the Bevi machine using 5-gallon jugs. However, the feasibility depends on the event’s size and length.
We are exploring personalized wraps for Bevi machines. While we currently recommend third-party providers, we can handle the process and include it in the rental charge if requested. We are dedicated to providing solutions catered to customers.
