What is a Bevi machine?
Bevi is a smart water cooler that customizes high-quality flavored and sparkling beverages, without the need for disposable bottles or cans. In so many words, it’s your still and sparkling, multi-flavored, eco-friendly, healthy water cooler that never runs out.
Do you offer a home unit?
We currently do not offer a home unit. However, it is something that we are exploring. Fill out this form and as soon as Bevi for home is available, you’ll be the first to know.
How many bottles/cans does the average Bevi machine save per year?
On average, each machine saves up to 35,000 12 oz. bottles or cans per year. A real-time counter shows the bottles and cans you’re saving, as well as how much it translates into in terms of tons of CO2 and trees.
How much does a Bevi machine cost?
It can be as low as 20 cents a drink, which is much less than canned and bottled beverages. Please follow this link and fill out a quick form. A Bevi representative will follow up shortly with a personalized quote based on the number of employees or users.
Why does the Bevi machine require an Internet connection?
The internet connection enables Bevi or a service partner to keep track of when your machine needs service or CO2 and flavor refills. Don’t worry, even if your Wifi goes out, your Bevi machine will operate normally.
At what temperature is Bevi water dispensed?
Cold water is dispensed at 36-39° F and hot water is dispensed at 185-195° F. Ambient can be described as room temperature water.
How many drinks does one Bevi serve per day?
It really depends on your team’s thirst level! We typically recommend one Bevi machine for every 100 employees. The Countertop machine holds 4 flavors and The Standup 2.0 machine holds up to 8 flavors. Each flavor can make up to 400 12-oz. drinks.
What kind of filter do you use?
We use an activated carbon filter. It removes chlorine and other unwanted tastes.
Spacing is tight in my kitchen. Will it fit?
We have installed Bevi machines in many different sized spaces. We have two versions of dispensers to suit your spacing needs. The Standup Bevi units are less than 1/3 of the size of a refrigerator. The Countertop Bevi unit sits on your counter with the hardware and plumbing hidden in the cabinets below.
What are the dimensions of the machines?
The Standup 2.0 machine measures 5′ 5″ (h) x 1′ 3″ (w) x 1′ 7″ (d). The Countertop machine is 1′ 6.5″ (h) x 10″ (w) x 11″ (d).

Yes! Bevi flavor/enhancement boxes are made using a portion of recycled materials and are 100% recyclable!
Are Bevi flavor/enhancement bags recyclable?
Our current flavor/enhancement bags are recyclable #7 plastic. Please check with your local recycling center to see if it is accepted in your community. Rest assured, we’re working tirelessly to evaluate new options that are even more sustainable.
How much plastic is in a Bevi flavor/enhancement bag?
Each Bevi flavor/enhancement bag uses the same amount of plastic as two 16.9-oz plastic bottles of sparkling water. However, each Bevi flavor bag provides approximately 380 – 400 12 oz. servings.
Is there a cost to add touchless dispensing to my Bevi machine?
No, the touchless feature will be rolled out to all machines free of charge.
Can I still use the screen without a cell phone?
Yes! You can dispense using either the touchscreen or your personal phone.

The touchless feature uses the Bevi machine’s internet connection (WiFi, cellular or ethernet) and the phone’s Wifi or cellular connection. No Bluetooth is involved.
Can I use this feature with devices other than a phone, such as a tablet?
Yes, as long as you can scan the QR code and have the internet access on the device. However, we recommend using a smartphone for the best user experience.
What data will be accessed on my phone?
The touchless feature uses a web page, so no personal data will be accessed.
What type of ingredients does Bevi use in its flavors?
All Bevi flavors are made from natural ingredients like real fruit. We extract the true flavor in the form of an essence, oil, or isolate. You won’t find any artificial ingredients.
Are Bevi flavors made from fruit?
Bevi flavors are made with natural ingredients which are derived from natural sources. Bevi flavors do not contain juice.
Does Bevi use preservatives?
We use natural citric acid to preserve the signature taste profile in our flavors. In our Vitamin Boost and Electrolytes enhancements, we use potassium sorbate, which is a commonly used in food and beverage products to maintain quality.
What is citric acid?
It’s an acid found most abundantly in citrus fruits, like lemons. Citric acid is used in everything from beers to canned tomatoes to maintain freshness and prevent foodborne illnesses.
What is in a Bevi sweetened beverage?
Our zero-calorie flavors are sweetened with all-natural stevia leaf extract. Our sugar-sweetened beverages have only 25 calories per 12 oz! Bevi never uses high-fructose corn syrup.
What is stevia?
Stevia is a sweetener that comes from the leaves of the Stevia plant. Stevia has no calories and is 200 times sweeter than sugar in the same concentration.
What type of product certifications does Bevi have?
All Bevi flavors are vegan and therefore contain no animal, dairy, egg, or honey products. Bevi flavors are gluten-free, sodium-free, and non-GMO.
Do Bevi flavors contain allergens?
The FDA regulates the eight most common allergenic foods, one being Tree Nuts. Bevi’s Coconut flavor falls into this category and is therefore labeled as such. For all other ingredient information, click the “Nutrition” tab for each flavor.
Is there an expiration date for the flavors?
Unopened, our flavors are best before 1 year. Once opened, we allow 6 months before they expire.

What is caffeine?
Caffeine is a stimulant that is naturally found in many different types of plants. At Bevi, we use natural caffeine extracted from green coffee beans.
How much caffeine can I mix into my beverage?
The FDA has cited the maximum caffeine intake at around 400 mg a day for healthy adults. At Bevi, we have two different settings for our Caffeine enhancement: low at 45 mg per 12 oz. serving and high at 95 mg per 12 oz. serving.

How quickly will the Bevi be installed once the contract is signed?

Who performs the plumbing?
Bevi has several plumbing partners who will provide any plumbing work required for the installation. In some cases, a water line or spigot may already exist, which can be connected to the machine without any additional plumbing. Alternatively, we are happy to work with a plumber that you prefer.
Who delivers the Bevi?
Bevi has several freight or service partners that help with delivery. Of course, we will help coordinate the move.
Who installs the Bevi?
A trained service team member will install the Bevi machine within 1-2 business days of the machine delivery. Installation typically takes 1-2 hours per machine.
When will the Bevi be ready for use once installed?
After the initial install, the machine requires at least a 3-hour incubation period, which allows the water to cool down and the magic of carbonation to work. Typically, the Bevi will be ready for full use the day after the installation. We promise it’s worth the wait!
How often does the service team come for an on-site visit?
Expect to see a team member about once a month. We are committed to quick and highly responsive service.
