Assistant Controller / Head of FP&A - Boston

The Assistant Controller / Head of FP&A will report directly to the CFO and will largely shadow the CFO.  He/she will be responsible for 1) managing the financial forecasts for the business and 2) leading the control functions of the business. In close collaboration with the CFO, this person will be the point person for all strategic analyses and long-term financial planning.  The role will also require establishing, evolving and executing all aspects of closing the books, Sales Audit, AR, AP and payroll. This is a great opportunity for a superstar analyst or accountant hoping to leapfrog the typical growth ladder, or perhaps hoping to apply to business school after two years.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes, experiences and capabilities:

  • 2 – 5 years experience with accounting and/or financial analyses, as part of a national accounting firm, investment bank or Fortune 100 company
  • Investment banking experience strongly preferred

Project Manager - Boston

Role

The Project Manager will facilitate internal alignment and smooth communication between departments at Bevi, serving as a linchpin on major cross-functional initiatives. You’ll work closely with Bevi’s executive team on our major quarterly / annual initiatives, from new product launches to marketing campaigns. You’ll be in charge of maintaining a “living” business plan, i.e. keeping an up-to-date scope of work, budget, and calendar for the company’s most important initiatives. You’ll also be involved in developing, implementing, and continuously improving business processes.

Qualifications

3+ years of business experience, including 1+ year(s) managing complex, long-term projects.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong critical thinking skills – the ability to identify and question assumptions, consider alternatives, and consider the impact of possible options on different areas of the business.
Extreme organization – if you’re into Gantt charts, color coding, and documenting decisions, this could be a good fit.
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across all levels of an organization, from the C-suite to new hires.
Basic comfort with finance and accounting. You don’t need an MBA, but you should be able to read financial statements.
Resourcefulness – you’ll need to get a lot done via influence / persuasion, even when you lack formal authority to tell people what to do.

Lead Field Service Engineer - Chicago

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Schedule and execute planned and unplanned service calls around the new market area in a timely fashion. Lead troubleshooting efforts for machines (training will be provided).
Perform machine installations and preventative maintenance. Train and support partners on equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Independently manages the new customer installation process by being the primary point of contact after a deal closes, performing or coordinating the site inspection, completing all necessary install documentation (Certificates of Insurance, Work Permits, etc), managing any external contractor work, and ensuring the install takes place according to the customer’s expectation.
  • Supports product demonstrations or other sales and marketing events as necessary for new lead generation.
  • Manages the consumable and spare part inventory for the local market, maintaining systems to track receipts and picks of material.
  • Responsible for meeting all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets in market as established by the VP of Operations and the Bevi Management team, including machine availability, customer service, logistics costs, unplanned service rate, and monthly machine visits.
  • Leads root-cause troubleshooting efforts to resolve machine issues quickly and permanently, engaging software or hardware technical resources as needed.
  • Gathers and shares customer and service feedback with the product team, improving future versions and iterations of our product.
  • Completes any necessary field machine servicing when no other resource is available to do so.
  • Responds to critical partner support issues or contract requirements as necessary, including providing new partner training and support.
  • Responsible for other actions or deliverables as assigned by the VP of Operations or Bevi management team.

Partner Service Engineer - Boston

  • Provides remote technical support to Partners in all regions to machine installations, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting problems related to any Bevi units in the field.

  • Fields all inbound email and phone support requests and triages to appropriate Bevi service teams.
  • Keeps a detailed service log of all Bevi support tickets in order to chronicle the top Bevi field issues.

Operations Associate - NYC

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Review all incoming service partner purchase orders for Bevi machines and flavor concentrates, assigning them to the proper fulfillment teams based on geographical location of the partner
  • Create bill of ladings (BOLs) and shipping requests with various freight partners for outgoing orders
  • Update internal purchase order documentation with shipping details, freight costs, delivery dates, and other relevant information needed for finance or fulfillment
  • Communicate fulfillment status and tracking information to service partners or direct customers
  • Close out purchase orders upon delivery by requesting an invoice from the finance team
  • Assist with monthly consumable inventory and machine inventory physical counts and audits
  • Experience working within warehouse management software systems or ERPs is advantageous
  • Review all incoming customer service inquiries that are submitted via email or phone
  • Respond to the customer service enquiry and provide the customer or partner with a plan for resolution
  • Learn to detect high-rate problems and when applicable, provide remote assistance via email or phone to help the customer or partner resolve the issue on their own
  • When advanced or field service is required, assign the customer service ticket to the respective sales, operations, or software team within the proper geographical area
  • Ensure that tickets are being closed out by the assigned parties within a timely manner

Product Manager, Beverages - Boston

Operations Support Engineer - Boston

This person will be expected to spend ~20% of their time in the field to identify and help with systemic issues found at customer sites. It is expected that with this role, a high degree of understanding and engineering feedback will be provided to the team for continuous product improvement and development.

In addition to field related work, this person will contribute as a general member of the engineering team, with a focus on test design, test fixture building and data analysis. Experience with both mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines is ideal.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Engineering degree, preferably mechanical

  • Proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Solidworks experience a plus

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to travel into the field ~20% of time – diagnose and fix complex issues at customer sites.

  • Will field all inquiries from the operations team in regard to issues/questions from the field, will disseminate information/request input as needed from engineering team

Channel Development Manager – West Coast

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business Development role to work with Office Foodservice Providers to include Bevi as a portfolio component with their client accounts.
  • Geographic responsibility includes the West Coast of the US extending into Utah, Colorado and Arizona.
  • Manage the sales and promotional aspects of these partnerships.
  • Support Bevi Territory Account Managers as needed to close business through partners
  • Responsible for driving Bevi’s revenue through these partners and for influencing end customer selection of Bevi’s products.
  • Establish contracts that provide target partners the ability to resell Bevi products, garner influence to drive adoption of Bevi.
  • Continuous relationship development that broadens and elevates contacts to further engage in and develop deep relationships with senior leadership within and across the partner organization.
  • Manage production of Monthly Reports and Quarterly Business Reviews; track metrics and continuously assess and evaluate partners’ performance
  • Strong demonstrated expertise in creating, executing on, and driving solutions selling, especially in the context of major partnerships.
  • Proven ability to recognize, analyze, and take action on go to market approaches, marketing programs, joint value propositions, and business cases around sustainability.
  • Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills toward a broad constituency, both internal and external.
  • Documented successful performance in a high energy, fast-paced start-up environment
  • Ability to travel up to 50%-60% of the time
  • Multiple years of sales experience, tech sales and alliance management roles.
  • Must be sales driven and have carried a bag / quota.

The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for generating new business in the assigned territory. The role will require proactive lead generation, follow-up on inbound leads, cold prospecting and management of opportunities through to close. This is a remote based position.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes, experiences and capabilities:

  • Successful sales experience in a face-to- face cold calling background.
  • Willingness and capability to succeed independently and be productive in an isolated environment

Customer Success Manager, New York

The Customer Success Manager will ensure that Bevi’s New York area customers have the best possible experience with our product and our service.  At a high level, this job is about cultivating long-term relationships with customers, doing whatever it takes to keep them happy, and being a Bevi brand ambassador.

Success in this role will be assessed qualitatively via customer testimonials and feedback from Bevi’s team and quantitatively based on retention of clients, account expansion and referrals.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes, experiences and capabilities:

·      Passion for delighting customers and building genuine relationships.

·      2+ year(s) of business experience. Experience in account management, sales, or customer success.

Responsibilities:

·      Organizing installations for first-time customers and developing onboarding plans.

·      Quickly supporting clients with any questions / issues.

·      Performing regular site visits and onsite check-ups (15% travel required within Tri-State Area).

·      Coordinating support from the operations team or sales team as needed.

·      Asking for referrals and passing these off to sales team.

·      Leading field marketing efforts in assigned area.
