To get your Bevi connected, reach out to support@bevi.wpengine.com, and they will be able to get your machine online.
No, the touchless feature will be rolled out to all machines free of charge.
Bevi has several plumbing partners who will provide any plumbing work required for the installation. In some cases, a water line or spigot may already exist, which can be connected to the machine without any additional plumbing. Alternatively, we are happy to work with a plumber that you prefer.
A trained service team member will install the Bevi machine within 1-2 business days of the machine delivery. Installation typically takes 1-2 hours per machine.
Standard visits for CO2 and flavor refills typically take 10-20 minutes.
After the initial install, the machine requires at least a 3-hour incubation period, which allows the water to cool down and the magic of carbonation to work. Typically, the Bevi will be ready for full use the day after the installation. We promise it’s worth the wait!
No need to download anything, the QR code accesses a web page.
We use natural citric acid to preserve the signature taste profile in our flavors. In our Vitamin Boost and Electrolytes enhancements, we use potassium sorbate, which is a commonly used in food and beverage products to maintain quality.
Yes! Bevi flavor/enhancement boxes are made using a portion of recycled materials and are 100% recyclable!

Yes, this feature is available on all Bevi machines.
The Bevi machine is typically installed within two weeks of a signed contract.
Bevi has several freight or service partners that help with delivery. Of course, we will help coordinate the move.
We currently do not offer a home unit. However, it is something that we are exploring. Fill out this form and as soon as Bevi for home is available, you’ll be the first to know.
Expect to see a team member about once a month. We are committed to quick and highly responsive service.
The FDA regulates the eight most common allergenic foods, one being Tree Nuts. Bevi's Coconut flavor falls into this category and is therefore labeled as such. For all other ingredient information, click the "Nutrition" tab for each flavor.
The touchless feature uses the Bevi machine’s internet connection (WiFi, cellular or ethernet) and the phone’s WIFI or cellular connection. No Bluetooth is involved.
Yes, as long as you can scan the QR code and have the internet access on the device. However, we recommend using a smartphone for the best user experience.
Cold water is dispensed at 36-39° F and hot water is dispensed at 185-195° F. Ambient can be described as room temperature water.
