Unfortunately, a Bevi machine for your home (or your home office) isn't currently available. But it's something we're actively exploring.
How many single-use bottles or cans can the Bevi machine help my business save?
Each Bevi machine saves thousands and thousands of bottles and cans annually. A real-time counter on the machine shows how many single-use containers you’ve saved and the CO2 emissions you’ve reduced as a result.
How much does a Bevi machine cost?
Beverages from a Bevi machine can cost, on average, between 12 and 28 cents per 12 oz. pour, depending on your concentrate and carbonation usage. If you’d like a personalized quote on a Bevi machine based on the number of employees or users you have, please follow this link and fill out the form.
Why does the Bevi machine require an Internet connection?
The internet connection allows Bevi or a service partner to monitor the machine remotely and identify when it needs service—such as a replacement part, a new carbonation tank, or a refill of flavors or enhancements. No need to worry if your Wi-Fi goes out; your Bevi machine will keep working as usual.
At what temperature is Bevi water dispensed?
Cold water is dispensed at 36 to 39° F and hot water is dispensed at 185 to 195° F. Ambient can be described as room temperature water. This makes the cold water perfect for a refreshing drink and the hot water ideal for tea or other warming beverages.
How many drinks does one Bevi serve per day?
It really depends on your users’ thirst level! We typically recommend one Bevi machine for every 100 users. Bevi’s Countertop machine holds up to 4 concentrates and The Standup 2.0 machine holds up to 8 concentrates. Each concentrate package can make up to 400 12-oz. drinks.
What kind of filter do you use?
Bevi machines feature advanced water filtration systems designed to deliver pure, safe drinking water from your tap. At the core of this system is the 3M HF20-i filter, a two-stage commercial-grade carbon filter, certified to remove 99.99% of microplastics and 99.9% of bacteria, parasites, chlorine, and other volatile organic compounds. With an ultra-fine membrane capable of capturing particles down to 0.2 microns, this carbon filter removes what bottled water brands and municipal tap water systems leave behind.
Spacing is tight in my commercial space. Will the Bevi machine fit?
We have installed Bevi machines in many different sized spaces, and have two versions available in the U.S. and Canada to suit your spacing needs. The Standup 2.0 machine is less than a third of the size of a regular refrigerator. The Countertop machine sits on your counter, with the hardware and plumbing hidden in the cabinets below.
What are the main differences between the Countertop and the Standup 2.0?
The Standup 2.0 offers more flavor options, with the potential for eight concentrates total, as well as varied water temperatures (cold, ambient, and hot). The Countertop offers only four flavor options, as well as cold still or cold sparkling water. In addition, the Standup 2.0 has all components self-contained, whereas the countertop unit requires additional cabinet space to house parts of the machine.
What are the dimensions of the machines?
The Standup 2.0 machine measures 5′ 5″ (h) x 1′ 3″ (w) x 1′ 7″ (d). The Countertop machine is 1′ 6.5″ (h) x 10″ (w) x 11″ (d).
How long does it take a Bevi machine to go through a carbonation tank?
The lifespan of a carbonation tank in a Bevi machine depends on the frequency that sparkling beverages are being poured. That said, for 50 users, generally consumption is around half a tank per month.
My Bevi machine is not connected to the internet, how do I get connected?
To get your Bevi connected, reach out to support@bevi.co or your service provider, and they will be able to get your machine online.
Are the boxes that Bevi’s flavor and enhancements come in recyclable?
Yes! The boxes our flavors and enhancements come in are 100% recyclable. They’re also made of 47% renewable and recyclable corrugated fiber material.
Does Bevi have a RO (reverse osmosis) filtration system?
No, Bevi machines use an advanced filtration system based around carbon filters. Carbon filters are easy to maintain, more economical, and don’t waste any water in the process of filtration as RO filters do. That being said, RO is necessary in areas where tap water quality is very poor; in this case, it’s important to know that our machines can—for specialized needs—be paired with an external RO filtration system.

What type of ingredients does Bevi use in its flavors?
All Bevi flavor concentrates are made with natural flavorings, like real fruit. We extract the true flavoring in the form of essence, oil, or isolate. You won't find any artificial flavorings in our beverages.
Do Bevi flavors contain juice?
They do not. Bevi flavors are made with natural ingredients, derived from natural sources such as fruit, but they do not contain actual fruit juice.
Does Bevi use preservatives?
We use citric acid and potassium sorbate to preserve the signature taste profile in our flavors. They are two of the most common preservatives used in food and beverage.
What is citric acid?
It’s an acid found naturally in citrus fruits, like lemons. Citric acid is used in everything from beers to canned tomatoes to maintain freshness and prevent foodborne illnesses. It is one of the preservatives Bevi uses for its flavors.
What is in a Bevi sweetened beverage?
There are currently two flavors that are sweetened. Blackberry Lime is sweetened with all-natural stevia leaf extract and has zero calories. Black Cherry is sweetened with sugar and only has 25 calories per 12 oz when using the standard concentrate setting. Bevi doesn’t use high fructose corn syrup or other artificial sweeteners.
What is stevia?
Stevia is a natural sweetener that comes from the leaves of the Stevia plant. Stevia has no calories and is 200 times sweeter than sugar in the same concentration.
What type of product certifications does Bevi have?
All Bevi flavors are vegan and therefore contain no animal, dairy, egg, or honey products. Bevi flavors are gluten-free, sodium-free, and non-GMO.
Do Bevi flavors contain allergens?
The FDA regulates the eight most common allergenic foods, one being Tree Nuts. Bevi’s Coconut flavor falls into this category and is therefore labeled as such. For all other ingredient information, click the “Nutrition” tab for each flavor.
Is there an expiration date for the flavors?
Unopened, our flavors are best before 1 year. Once opened, we allow 6 months before they expire.

The Countertop machine can hold up to 4 flavors. The Standup 2.0 machine can hold up to 8 flavors. For optimal beverage building, we recommend a combination of 5 flavors and 3 enhancements for The Standup 2.0 machine.

How does flavor mixing work?
You can mix up to 3 different selections (any combination of flavors and enhancements) into one beverage in The Standup 1.5 and the Countertop machines. You can mix up to 5 different selections (a maximum of 3 different flavors and 2 enhancements) into one beverage in The Standup 2.0 machine. You can also mix enhancements into plain water in any of our machines.

What is caffeine?
Caffeine is a stimulant that is naturally found in many different types of plants. At Bevi, we use natural caffeine extracted from green coffee beans.
How much caffeine can I mix into my beverage?
The FDA has cited the maximum caffeine intake at around 400 mg a day for healthy adults. At Bevi, we have two different settings for our Caffeine enhancement: low at 45 mg per 12 oz. serving and high at 95 mg per 12 oz. serving.

What ingredients are included in Bevi’s Vitamin Boost enhancement?
The ingredients list is as follows: Filtered water, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), potassium sorbate, calcium d-pantothenate (vitamin B5), zinc sulfate, pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
What are the benefits of Bevi’s Vitamin Boost enhancement?
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) acts as an antioxidant, maintains healthy skin, keeps you looking younger, and is essential for the body to make collagen. It’s one of the best nutrients for fighting off infections because it gives our immune system a boost when we need it most.
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCI) is important for normal brain development and for keeping the nervous system and immune system healthy.
Vitamin B5 (Calcium D-Pantothenate) helps turn the food you eat into the energy you need. It’s important for many functions in the body, especially making and breaking down fats.
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) is an essential nutrient that helps the body create DNA, nourishes the brain and nervous system, and assists with the formation of healthy red blood cells.

Is it okay to drink electrolytes all day?
Our electrolytes enhancement can be safely consumed all day. They’re great for during or after a workout, days filled with long meetings—you name it, this extra boost of hydration will work for you. The quantities selected for this blend were chosen with all day consumption in mind. Plus, unlike the average sports drink, Electrolytes is sugar-free, calorie-free, and vitamin infused, so feel free to drink away!

For the Standup 1.5 and the Countertop machines, there are 4 slots to add flavors and enhancements. You can mix up to 3 of the flavors and enhancements in the machine at a time.
Can I pour a drink without touching the Bevi machine’s screen?
Yes! All Bevi machines have a touchless dispensing feature. Simply scan the QR code on the machine with your smartphone—no app needed.
Is there a way to disable the touchless dispensing feature on my Bevi machine?
Yes, by using the toggle button on the Ingredients page.
How does my device connect to the Bevi machine to use the touchless dispensing feature?
The touchless feature uses the Bevi machine’s internet connection (WiFi, cellular, or Ethernet) and the phone’s Wifi or cellular connection. No Bluetooth is involved.
Can I use this feature with devices other than a phone, such as a tablet?
Yes, as long as you can scan the QR code and have the internet access on the device. We do recommend using a smartphone, however, for the best user experience.
How quickly will the Bevi be installed once the contract is signed?

Who performs the plumbing?
Bevi has several plumbing partners who will provide any plumbing work required for the installation. In some cases, a water line or spigot may already exist, which can be connected to the machine without any additional plumbing. Alternatively, we are happy to work with a plumber that you prefer.
Who delivers the Bevi?
Bevi has several freight or service partners that help with delivery. Of course, we will help coordinate the move.
Who installs the Bevi?
A trained service team member will install the Bevi machine within 1-2 business days of the machine delivery. Installation typically takes 1-2 hours per machine.
When will the Bevi be ready for use once installed?
After the initial install, the machine requires at least a 3-hour incubation period, which allows the water to cool down and the magic of carbonation to work. Typically, the Bevi will be ready for full use the day after the installation. We promise it’s worth the wait!
How long does it take to service my Bevi machine?
Standard visits for CO2 and flavor refills typically take 10 to 20 minutes.
