Only when necessary. We use citric acid for flavor preservation and potassium sorbate, commonly used in food and beverages, in Vitamin Boost and Electrolyte enhancements to maintain quality. All flavors and enhancements are vegan, gluten-free, sodium-free, and non-GMO.

Installation typically occurs within two weeks after signing your contract. Please check with your sales representative for the most up-to-date delivery timeline.

A trained service team member will install your bottleless water cooler dispenser and bottle filling station within one to two days of delivery. On average, installation takes one to two hours per machine. Following installation, the machine requires three hours for the water to cool and achieve carbonation. We will coordinate the delivery using one of our freight or service partners.

Bevi has several plumbing partners who will provide any plumbing services needed for the installation. If a water line or spigot already exists, it can be connected to the machine without additional plumbing. Alternatively, we are happy to work with a plumber that you prefer.

Bevi handles the delivery and installation of the machine as part of the rental package.
