Vitamin Boost

Vitamins have wide-ranging health and wellness benefits. Bevi’s Vitamin Boost contains:

• Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) - Antioxidant properties, helps maintain healthy skin and promote collagen production, supports the immune system to help fight off infections.
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) - Supports brain development and a healthy nervous system and immune system.
• Vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate) - Helps the body break down fats and turn food into the energy your body needs.
• Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) - Nourishes the brain and nervous system, assists with red blood cell production, and helps the body create DNA.
• Zinc sulfate - Helps the body fight infection, heal wounds, and suppress viral replication.

Electrolytes

Electrolytes are vital minerals that help regulate fluid balance, support healthy blood pressure, nerve signaling, muscle function, and digestion—not just for athletes, but for everyone. Bevi’s Electrolytes enhancement contains:

• Sodium chloride – Helps maintain hydration and proper nerve and muscle function.
• Sodium citrate – Regulates pH balance and supports hydration.
• Monopotassium phosphate – Provides potassium for muscle function and helps balance electrolytes.
• Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) – Supports energy production and overall cellular health.
• Vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate) – Supports metabolism by helping convert food into energy.

Caffeine

Caffeine can help increase alertness, energy, and concentration, among other potential benefits. Bevi’s Caffeine enhancement has two settings: low at 45mg per pour and high at 95mg. According to the FDA, daily caffeine intake for healthy adults should not exceed 400mg.

Yes! All flavors and enhancements are vegan and gluten-free. They contain no animal, dairy, egg, or honey products. They are also sodium-free and non-GMO.

We use citric acid and potassium sorbate, one of the most common preservatives used in food and beverages, to preserve the signature taste profile in our flavors.

Citric acid is found in citrus fruits such as lemons, oranges, and limes. This natural acid is widely used in food and drink products to maintain freshness and prevent foodborne illness, and Bevi uses it to preserve flavors.

The Standup 2.0 flavored and sparkling water dispenser mixes up to three flavors and two enhancements per drink (for a total of five), while the Standup 1.5 and Countertop bottleless water cooler and bottle filling station mix up to three selections at a time. You can also mix enhancements into plain water in any of our machines.

If you like carbonated water, choose from still, sparkling, or lightly sparkling filtered water for your preferred level of fizz.

Each 10 lb. CO2 cylinder is designed to produce a high volume of carbonated beverages, averaging 1,000 drinks in 12 oz. each. In the Standup 2.0 sparkling water machine, the CO2 tank is in-unit, while in the Countertop model the under-counter tank is out of the way with the rest of the plumbing. A team member will check the CO2 tank and replace it if necessary on their monthly on-site service visit.

Bevi’s advanced carbon filtration system removes 99.9% of contaminants and impurities such as chlorine, bacteria, sediment, and microplastics found in tap water. While ceramic water filters and reverse osmosis are popular and effective clean water filtration systems, ceramic filters don’t address dissolved chemicals or heavy metals, and reverse osmosis can be slow and require pre-filtration.

With a Bevi water system, you get crisp, filtered water that’s not only safe to drink but also customizable to your taste—ensuring a refreshing experience every time.

Absolutely! With the Standup 2.0, Bevi’s premium freestanding flavored and sparkling water dispenser, users can choose hot, cold, or ambient water to suit any preference. It’s perfect for a refreshing chilled drink, room-temperature hydration, or a comforting hot beverage. Cold water is dispensed at 36°F to 39°F (2.2°C to 3.9°C), and hot water is dispensed at 185°F to 195°F (85°C to 90.5°C).

Absolutely! All Bevi flavored and sparkling water dispensers are compliant with health standards, such as NSF/ANSI, to ensure safe and clean drinking water. To further guarantee safety, regular maintenance and filter replacements are recommended. A team member will make an on-site service visit about once per month, and each visit will last approximately 10 to 20 minutes.

Designed for high demand, each flavor or enhancement can produce up to 400 drinks. In an office environment, one Bevi sparkling and flavored water dispenser is estimated to keep 100 employees hydrated, but it ultimately depends on their thirst level.

Energy Saver Mode, introduced with the Bevi Standup 2.0, reduces electricity use by temporarily disabling power-consuming functions, like sparkling and cold or hot water options, while keeping room-temperature filtered water and flavors available. Users can wake the machine by pressing “I’m thirsty.”

By default, it runs from 10 PM–6 AM but can be customized to a minimum of 3 hours or disabled. Technicians can set preferences during installation, and as of mid-2024, The Well allows remote updates to Energy Saver Mode timing.

Installation typically occurs within two weeks after signing your contract. Please check with your sales representative for the most up-to-date delivery timeline.

A trained service team member will install your flavored and sparkling water dispenser within one to two days of delivery. On average, installation takes one to two hours per machine. Following installation, the machine requires three hours for the water to cool and achieve carbonation. We will coordinate the delivery using one of our freight or service partners.

Bevi has several plumbing partners who will provide any plumbing services needed for the installation. If a water line or spigot already exists, it can be connected to the machine without additional plumbing. Alternatively, we are happy to work with a plumber that you prefer.

The service team will come for an on-site visit about once a month to ensure consistent water quality. We are committed to quick and highly responsive services. Expect a standard visit for CO2 and flavor refills to take 10 to 20 minutes.

We can remotely identify and respond to service needs in real time, sending technicians to install replacement parts, new carbonation tanks, and flavor and enhancement refills. However, if your Wi-Fi goes out there will be no interruption in service. Your sparkling and flavored water dispenser will continue to provide refreshing hydration on demand.

Yes! Every Bevi flavored and sparkling water dispenser features touchless technology at no additional cost, letting you personalize your drink directly from your smartphone or other device—no app needed.

While a smartphone is recommended for the best user experience, the touchless feature can be used with any internet-connected device capable of scanning a QR code. The feature uses the Bevi machine’s internal connection (Wi-Fi, cellular, or Ethernet) and the Wi-Fi or cellular connection of the smartphone or other device. No Bluetooth is involved.

The touchless dispensing function can be disabled using the toggle button on the Ingredients page.

Yes! Businesses hosting corporate gatherings or temporary installations can rent a Bevi flavored and sparkling water dispenser. Bevi handles the delivery and installation of the machine as part of the rental package. We ensure that the machine is set up and fully operational before your event begins.

A standard rent period is typically two to five days, and longer rent periods may have adjustments to the rental plan due to necessary replenishments. For a personalized quote including installation, servicing, and maintenance, tell us a little about your event!

Currently, Bevi is only available for commercial spaces like offices, hotels, gyms, airports, cafeterias, retail, manufacturing and warehouse facilities, health care centers, car dealerships, and rentals for events, but we’re actively exploring home options.
