Sparkling water machines provide filtered, carbonated water using carbon dioxide cylinders. Your tap water is purified using filtration systems and kept refrigerated (cold water makes for better carbonation). When you choose chilled sparkling water, carbon dioxide is released from the cylinder at point-of-use and mixed with the filtered water. And voilá! A bottle of bubbles, ready to enjoy.
